To use: In order to create intense, fantasy eyes, apply Luster Powders over Luster Creme to intensify the effect and to "set" the Luster Creme.
To use: Use alone or over any creme makeup, including Graftobian's Luster™ cremes, to create a shimmery finish. To create stunning fantasy designs with amazing durability, brush Luster™ powder over dried clear latex.
Tip:Mix Luster™ Shimmer Powders with Magic Set™ Mixing Medium to create unlimited shades of beautiful, dynamic, liquid liners or shimmery body paint. For a more subtle shimmer effect, mix Luster™ powders with a bit of matte translucent powder.
